Interviewer: On a more sensitive note, Daniel Radcliffe’s recent marijuana scandal, you’ve come to his defense. He was caught smoking pot at a party and you told the press in the UK, “Daniel couldn’t be more professional not only with the acting part, but with the day-to-day stuff. I look up to him.” Are you still defending his behavior, does he feel badly about it?

Tom: I mean, I’m not the one to speak about the particular case. Certainly, I’ll defend Daniel to the ends of the Earth. You won’t find anyone more professional on-set and certainly deal with the pressures of what he has dealt with for the last ten years. None of us could do it, as I’m friends with the rest of the cast, we all look up to Daniel massively.

And when the media takes things out of hand and create stories that aren’t true, write things that aren’t true, I personally feel very bad for him and I do feel like sticking up for him, yeah.
